I’ve been talking to some candidates for this next election cycle. Florida candidates, state, local, federal.

My best advice is to not try to be the be-all, end-all for every voter. Focus in on the three or four issues that resonate the most with you.

The rest will come. You can’t do it alone. Be passionate about what you believe in. If we still have a democracy left, other people will fill the void and then we will have a government for-the-people, by-the-people.

I know it’s hard to picture this, given all the despair and lies that are being forced upon the fact-attentive population.

Puncturing through that disinformation bubble will take time and discipline.

But what I ask of our Florida candidates is to don’t give up, and to give it your best shot.

We need you.

And if you don’t run this cycle, we need you to run for the next one.

The dynamics and demographics in Florida have changed drastically. We have to stop the damage.

It’s been a 40-year grift in Florida and in the nation.

Speak up. Run for office. Get excited, we need the passion.

Let’s not give up. Too much is at stake.

I am excited about the people I’ve talked to. The only problem is, WE NEED MANY MORE CANDIDATES.

Let’s save the republic, yall.
